These Kelly Klip float adaptors turn any eyed float into a leger or feeder fishing set up for fishing in slow rivers and still waters. The float with klip attached will lock to the right depth on their own allowing you to fish from the first cast, no more plumbing depths.
If conditions change and a different float is required it is a simple case of removing float and clipping new float on, no more derigging.
The larger the float the deeper the swim it is suited to. Float ledgering is a well tried and tested method.

Using a line clip on the rod blank in front of your reel enables you to create the optimum angle for bite indication between the bobbin, hanger and buzzer. By changing the position of a line clip you can fine tune your bite indication to suit different fishing situations.
By reducing the distance between the clip and the bobbin (by positioning the clip further forward in front of the reel) you can increase the sensitivity of your bite indication, as the increased angle this creates from the clip down to the bobbin reduces the tension. This is helpful for fishing with slack lines and has the effect of making the bobbin relatively ‘lighter’.
Alternatively, for long range angling, with larger bobbins, having the line clip positioned as far away from the butt ring/bite indicator as possible (towards the reel) helps to create the maximum potential load on the line and increase the bite indication when fishing with a tighter line.
Simple to use:
- Simply position the clip on the side of the blank at the required distance from the reel
- Position the O-ring into the groove on one side of the clip
- Pull the O-ring around the back of the rod blank
- Position the O-ring into the remaining groove making sure the ring is pushed securely into the channel
- The design of MK1 Clips also allow you to adjust for different size blanks using various o'rings

The Adjuster-Stop is based on the Adjuster-Link design, and is basically a leger stop for use when fishing with a running lead/feeder set-up.
It is attached to the line in the same way as an Adjuster-link, but instead of using silicon tube to lock it in position, it has two specially designed rubbers. The front rubber is shaped like a bullet, and the rear rubber incorporates a built in bead to absorb the shock of casting.
The line enters and leaves the Adjuster-Stop centrally, unlike a usual leger stop, and it doesn’t damage or weaken the line. When assembled it measures approximately 18mm long, and produces a stand off anti tangle effect when in use. Like the Adjuster-Link, it enables the angler to fish straight through when targeting powerful fish such as Barbel or Carp, and basically replaces the usual swivel & rubber bead set-up. It can be easily re-positioned on the main line by removing and re-fitting the two rubbers from the main body, should the angler wish to alter the hook length.
The Adjuster-Stop is ideal for use with the in-line method feeders that are currently very popular, and can be fished fixed or semi-fixed with the addition of a stop knot and bead, or rubber float stop, fished above the feeder.
